For basic copy and image changes to your website, around 3 hours per month typically covers it. Anything beyond that may require more time. During our initial call, we'll discuss your expectations to ensure we allocate the right amount of time to meet your needs.
If you require more time than your current retainer allows for a project submitted, I'll reach out to discuss potential options. These may include paying an hourly rate for additional hours within the month, converting the item into a one-time custom project, or deferring the project to the following month.
Retainer hours do not carry over into the next month. However, I diligently track all hours, and if I notice a pattern of unused hours over time, I'll reach out to discuss potential adjustments or recommend a better solution for your needs.
