I aim to provide top-notch designs promptly while adhering to your deadlines. For small projects, I typically aim to deliver the initial proof within 2-3 business days, as long as I receive all the required information. If for any reason the turnaround time will be outside this timeframe, I make it a priority to communicate clearly and promptly with you about any delays.
I understand that urgent projects can arise unexpectedly. While accommodating rush orders depends on my current workload, I always strive to meet tight deadlines whenever possible. Please feel free to reach out to discuss your specific timeline requirements. Please note that rush orders will incur additional fees.
3 hours per month typically covers 8-10 basic social media posts. Anything beyond that may require more time. During our initial call, we'll discuss your expectations to ensure we allocate the right amount of time to meet your needs.
If you require more time than your current retainer allows for a project submitted, I'll reach out to discuss potential options. These may include paying an hourly rate for additional hours within the month, converting the item into a one-time custom project, or deferring the project to the following month.
Retainer hours do not carry over into the next month. However, I diligently track all hours, and if I notice a pattern of unused hours over time, I'll reach out to discuss potential adjustments or recommend a better solution for your needs.
